Every Quantrics site has a dedicated lactation room to provide lactating mothers with an on-site private space to express milk for breastfeeding.
Lactation rooms are supervised by our Qlinic. Each room is furnished with a handwashing facility, comfortable chair, table, refrigerator for breastmilk storage.
Flexibility for Breastfeeding
Our policies ensure that lactating mothers are well taken care of and have the flexibility to move at their own pace and comfort.
Nursing or lactating employees are entitled to multiple lactation breaks of not less than 40 minutes, within an 8-hour work shift, exclusive of meal breaks. Pregnant employees can make pre-maternity leave arrangements to use on site lactation rooms upon return to work.
