NQX Philippines, the offshore operations arm of NQX and a global leader in customer experience solutions, recently brought together its top-performing employees for a milestone celebration marking ten years of recognizing excellence across the organization.
The program, known internally as Bell All Stars, honors employees who consistently deliver strong results, demonstrate leadership, and champion customer-focused service. This year, 405 individuals were recognized during the awarding ceremonies held in Rizal and Naga, including 386 Agents, 11 Team Leaders, and 2 Operations Managers.
Among them were six milestone awardees who have demonstrated sustained excellence over the years: Aldrin Jr. Quidoles (9-time), Lanie Beth Guillermo (8-time), Lyka Naydo (7-time awardee), Joshua Praxidio (6-time), Chester Adrian Esguerra (6-time), and Bryan Layron (6-time)—a testament to their consistent high performance and dedication to excellence.
Over the past decade, Bell All Stars has evolved into more than a recognition platform. It has become a defining tradition that highlights the people behind the organization’s success—those who go above and beyond to make a difference in their teams, their work, and the customers they serve.
