At Quantrics, the spirit of teamwork and personal growth extends beyond the office walls. Meet the GRL PWR Trainers, a group of passionate and driven women from the Training Team who excel in their roles and lead by example through their commitment to staying active:
Madel Mamaradlo – Training Supervisor, 7 years
Maia Mauricio – Trainer, 7 years
Dianne Bongon – Training Supervisor, 6 years
Jojo Baltazar – Trainer, 5 years
Cha Francisco – Trainer, 4 years
Cris Oriol – Training Coordinator, 2 years
These trainers share a variety of interests beyond work, from traveling and reading to photography, freediving, and badminton. Recently, they’ve made the most of the Quantrics Gym, diving into indoor running and strength training together. These shared activities not only keep them balanced and energized but also help them approach new challenges with excitement and enthusiasm.
Outdoor running has become one of their favorite pastimes. While solo runs are a regular activity, the real magic happens when they run together as a group. Their sense of community and accountability strengthens through these shared experiences, creating a deeper bond.
“Whether we’re hitting the trails or pounding the pavement, running helps us clear our minds and build discipline,” they say. “The sense of accomplishment from reaching our running goals fuels our motivation at work, making it a win-win for everyone.”
Beyond their personal fitness journey, the GRL PWR Trainers aim to inspire other teams at Quantrics to take charge of their health together. Through their shared commitment to wellness, they show that real friendships can form at work, turning colleagues into a supportive and motivated Qmunity.
