2016

Founded Quantrics

Quantrics opened its doors for the first time in the Philippines in August 2016 — a people-first BPO built on talent, community, and a commitment to excellence.

January
2018

2nd Site — Naga City

We established our second site in Naga City, Camarines Sur, bringing world-class CX opportunities to the Bicol region.

February
2019

3rd Site — San Mateo, Rizal

Our third site opened in San Mateo, Rizal — expanding our footprint and creating new opportunities closer to our growing Qmunity.

March
2020

Shifting to Digital

Quantrics transitioned to a work-from-home setup, demonstrating our resilience and commitment to keeping our Qmunity safe while maintaining service excellence.

April
2022

Nordia Acquisition

Quantrics was acquired by Nordia — now NQX — and 70% of employees returned to the office, marking a new chapter in our journey as part of Canada's largest contact center provider.
