TAYTAY, Rizal — NQX has strengthened its employee healthcare and workplace wellbeing initiatives by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with RNR Animal Bite Center on July 20, 2026.
Through the partnership, employees at NQX Taytay and their qualified dependents can access specialized animal bite treatment with medical care supported through PhilHealth and HMO coverage, helping ensure timely treatment during emergencies with no out-of-pocket costs for employees.
This initiative is part of NQX’s continued commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace by expanding access to quality healthcare services beyond traditional employee benefits.
“At NQX, caring for our people extends beyond the workplace,” said Josefina Cruz, Vice President, Human Resources, NQX PH. “Through this partnership, we’re making specialized healthcare more accessible while reinforcing our commitment to supporting our employees’ health, safety, and well- being.”
Animal bites remain a public health concern, with prompt medical treatment playing a critical role in preventing serious illnesses such as rabies. Through its partnership with RNR Animal Bite Center, NQX continues to strengthen its focus on employee safety, workplace wellness, and preventive healthcare.
The partnership currently covers the employees at the NQX Taytay site, while similar healthcare partnerships for the company’s San Mateo and Naga sites are underway.
As part of its broader employee wellbeing strategy, NQX continues to invest in programs and partnerships that promote a healthier, safer and more supportive workplace for its people.
